Objective To study and analyze the effect of the use of hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with high cervical cyst. Methods A total of 26 patients with high cervical cyst were collected. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 26 cases patients were successfully completed, intraoperative bleeding (29.7±7.8) ml, the mean operative time for (12.1±4.1) min, the patient by B-ultrasound found cervical to return to a normal state, no serious complication, with the average duration of hospitalization was (4.1±1.3) days. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with high cervical cyst, the body recovery faster, the prognosis is good.%目的：研究并分析治疗高位宫颈囊肿患者时使用宫腔镜电凝术的效果。方法收集高位宫颈囊肿患者共26例的临床资料，对其进行回顾性分析和总结，探讨该术式的临床应用效果。结果26例患者手术均很顺利完成，术中出血量为（29.7±7.8）ml，手术平均时间为（12.1±4.1）min，患者经B超检查发现宫颈恢复正常状态，无严重并发症出现，患者的平均住院时间为（4.1±1.3）d。结论在高位宫颈囊肿患者的治疗过程中，宫腔镜电凝术的术中出血量低、手术时间短，且患者术后无严重并发症，机体恢复较快，预后良好。
