目的：探讨流涎护理对改善脑瘫患儿临床症状及语言功能的效果。方法回顾分析我院2014年12月～2015年12月收治的50例脑瘫患儿临床资料，采用随机分配的方法将其分为观察组（n=25）与对照组（n=25），对照组行常规语言康复训练，观察组在对照组基础上加入流涎护理措施，比较两组患儿临床症状及语言功能改善情况。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为96%、72%，且观察组护理后患儿10 min唾液量（2.02±0.98）、流涎频率及程度分值（3.19±0.84）均低于对照组[（4.25±1.03）、（6.56±1.42）]，组间数据比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑瘫患儿实施针对性的流涎护理，能有效改善患儿的临床症状，促使其语言功能快速恢复，提升临床效果和患儿生活质量。%Objective To investigate the salivate nursing to improve cerebral palsy children with clinical symptoms and the effect of the language features. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed clinical data of 50 cases of children with cerebral palsy, adopt the method of random distribution will be divided into observation group (n=25) and control group (n=25) and control group routine language rehabilitation training, the observation group based on the control to salivate nursing measures, compared two groups of children with clinical symptoms and improve language features. Results Observation group and control group total effective rate 96%, 72% respectively, and the observation group after nursing children with 10 min amount of saliva (2.02±0.98), salivate frequency and degree of score (3.19±0.84) are lower than the control group [(4.25±1.03), (6.56±1.03)], the data is significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Children with cerebral palsy, targeted salivate nursing can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms, make its language features quick recovery, improve the clinical effect and quality of life.
