目的：探讨脑瘫患儿的口腔功能护理及流涎治疗效果。方法选取本院2014年11月～2015年11月收治的50例脑瘫患儿的临床资料，根据患儿所选取的临床治疗方式的不同，随机的将其分为观察组（行流涎治疗）和对照组（行常规治疗），两组各25例，且均给予两组患儿口腔功能护理，观察比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果以及临床治疗前后患儿的口腔功能总评分变化情况。结果观察组25例患儿的临床疗效（治疗总有效率为84%）优于对照组25例患儿的临床疗效（治疗总有效率为60%）（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义；临床治疗前，两组患儿的口腔功能总评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），临床治疗后，观察组25例患儿的口腔功能总评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），且与临床治疗前相比，其上升幅度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对脑瘫患儿进行流涎治疗，并且加强口腔功能护理，能够有效的改善患儿的生活质量。%Objective To study the function of oral care and salivate therapeutic effects of cerebral palsy. Methods 50 cases of children with cerebral palsy were chosen from November 2014 to November 2015 in our hopital, according to the selected by way of clinical treatment in children with different, its randomly divided into observation group (line salivate treatment) and control group (routine treatment), two groups of the 25 cases, and were given function of two groups of children with oral care, observe the clinical therapeutic effect of comparing two groups of children and clinical treatment of children before and after oral function change of the total score. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group 25 cases (treatment the total effective rate was 84%) significantly better than the control group of 25 cases of clinical curative effect of treatment (the total effective rate was 60%) (P<0.05), statistically signiifcant. Before clinical treatment, the total score of two groups of children with oral function had no significant difference (P>0.05), do not have statistical significance, clinical treatment, observation group of 25 cases of oral function total score signiifcantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and compared with before clinical treatment, its rise significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion To salivate treatment of children with cerebral palsy, and strengthen the oral function, can effectively improve the patient's quality of life.
