目的：探讨快速康复外科（FTS）在腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）中的应用效果。方法选择我院80例LC手术患者，按照手术顺序奇偶性随机将其分为FTS组和常规治疗组，各40例；比较两组临床疗效。结果与常规治疗组相比，FTS组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间更短、治疗费用更少（P＜0.05）。FTS组并发症发生率为2.5%，低于对照组的16.0%（P＜0.05）。结论 FTS治疗是一种有效、安全、经济的LC围手术期干预举措。%Objective To analyze the effect of fast-track surgery (FTS) in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods 80 cases of patients with LC were randomly divided into FTS group and routine treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The bed activity time, anus exhaust time and hospital stay of FTS group were signiifcantly shorter than that of routine treatment group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications of FTS group were 2.5%, whichwas signiifcant lower than routine treatment group was 16.0% (P<0.05). Conclusion FTS is an effective, safe and economical interventions in LC perioperative.
