Objective To study the treatment effect of deep Ⅱ~Ⅲ degree burn patients received mixed early tangential excision. Methods 126 cases of deep Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree burn blend patients in our hospital were selected from January 2008 to December 2011,all the patients wound were treated with tangential excision in 5 days, and given autologous skin transplantation in the treatment, the therapeutic effect was observed. Results 3 weeks after operation, the wound healing rate was 95%. The patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years. The skin donor site and the scar in the skin area were ideal, and the joint function had no effect. Conclusion Deep Ⅱ~Ⅲ degree mixed burn early can use cutting eschar treatment, the effect is good, long-term prognosis in patients with ideal can used widely in clinic.%目的：研究分析深Ⅱ～Ⅲ度混合烧伤患者接受早期削痂植皮治疗的效果。方法根据我院2008年1月～2011年12月的126例深Ⅱ～Ⅲ度混合烧伤患者来进行研究，为患者的创面在5 d 内进行削痂手术，去自体皮进行移植治疗，观察治疗效果。结果术后3周，患者的创面愈合率能够达到95%，对患者进行 1 ～2 年的随访，患者的供皮区和受皮区的瘢痕情况较理想，关节功能无影响。结论深Ⅱ～Ⅲ度混合烧伤早期可以使用削痂植皮治疗，其效果好，患者远期预后理想，可以在临床中进行推广使用。
