目的：探究护理人员对于癫痫性精神障碍患者的护理心得和体会。方法选择本院治疗的38例癫痫并发精神障碍患者，除了给予患者遵循医嘱的常规护理之外，还要给予患者包括心理护理、饮食护理、健康教育等内容在内的优质护理。结果经过治疗和优质护理，38例患者的临床症状已经有所减轻，其中22例症状完全消失，16例患者各临床症状得到了明显改善。结论在护理患有癫痫性精神障碍的病人时，需要加强护理的强度，优质护理对于癫痫性精神障碍患者的康复有着积极地意义。%Objective To explore the nursing experience and experience of nursing staff in the patients with epilepsy. Methods 38 cases of epileptic patients with mental disorder patients in our hospital were selected, all the patients in addition to give administering to the patients follow the doctor's regular care, they were also given high-quality care, including the contents of psychological care, diet care, including health education. Results After treatment and high quality care, 38 patients with the symptoms of the disease had been reduced, and the symptoms of 22 cases was completely disappeared, 16 patients with symptoms were significantly improved. Conclusion In the nursing of patients with epileptic mental disorders, the need to strengthen the intensity of care, quality care for the treatment of epileptic mental disorders has a positive significance.
