建立院士工作站是为了总结、整理、继承、发扬和创新名老中医的学术思想，促进名老中医学术思想和临床经验的共享和传承。文章主要介绍郑州市中医院院士工作站的建设实践、管理模式及建设成果，并探索未来的发展思路，以期为院士工作站今后的可持续发展提供有益借鉴。%In order to summarize, organize, generate, and innovate the idea of Chinese Medicine, Academician Workstation is founded to promote the communication and cooperation between ideas of Traditional Chinese Medicine with clinical practice. This article mainly introduces the construction practices, management models, and construction results of Academician Workstation of Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, and explored the future development. This is critical and meaningful for sustainable development of Academician Workstation.
