Objective To evaluate application value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of gastrointestinal tract diseases in children. Methods A retrospective analysis from February 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital inpatients information, summary of high frequency ultrasound in ultrasound image characteristics of children with gastrointestinal diseases. Results Congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis in 9 cases, 6 cases of Meckel's diverticulum, intestinal duplication in 4 cases, 7 cases of intestinal polyps, duodenal obstruction in 3 cases, 17 cases of appendicitis, 8 cases of intussusception. Conclusion Ultrasound can be used as the preferred method for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases of children, to provide a clear clinical diagnosis.%目的：探讨高频超声在儿童胃肠道疾病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析2015年2月～2016年5月我院门诊、住院患儿资料，总结高频超声在儿童胃肠道疾病超声图像特征。结果先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄9例，梅克尔憩室6例，肠重复畸形4例，肠息肉7例，十二指肠梗阻3例，阑尾炎17例，肠套叠8例。结论超声可以作为儿童胃肠道疾病诊断的首选方法，为临床提供明确诊断依据。
