目的：探讨螺旋 CT 对小细胞肺癌（SCLC）的诊断价值。方法选取经病理确诊小细胞肺癌患者60例，回顾性分析其螺旋 CT 影像资料，并将诊断结果与病理检查结果相对比，观察螺旋 CT 对小细胞肺癌的诊断价值。结果螺旋 CT 诊断出56例小细胞肺癌，阳性检出率为93.3%。结论螺旋 CT 对小细胞肺癌的诊断价值较高，可作为临床诊断依据。%Objective To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of SCLC. Methods 60 patients with small cell lung cancer were selected, the spiral CT imaging data was retrospectively analyzed, and the diagnosis results was compared with pathological findings. Results Spiral CT diagnosis of 56 cases of small cell lung cancer, positive detection rate was 93.3%. Conclusion The value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer is higher.
