Objective To explore the efficacy of budesonide combined with Ipratropium bromide in the treatment of infant bronchiolitis. Methods 74 cases of infant bronchiolitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups and each group had 37 cases. The routine group was treated with routine treatment, the study group on the basis of routine group treatment was given budesonide combined with ipratropium Bromide. The clinical effect and length of stay of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 97.3%, which was higher than that of the routine group 62.2%, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05); The hospitalization time of the study group was less than that of the routine group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of budesonide and ipratropium bromide in the treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the length of stay, and has a certain significance in clinical research.%目的：探究布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效。方法选取我院收治的74例毛细支气管炎小儿患者，随机分组，各37例。常规组患者予以常规治疗，研究组于此基础上应用布地奈德与异丙托溴铵联合治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、住院时间。结果研究组临床总有效率97.3%高于常规组62.2%，两组差异显著（P ＜0.05）；研究组住院时间少于常规组，两组差异显著（P ＜0.05）。结论应用布地奈德与异丙托溴铵联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可有效提高其临床疗效，缩短住院时间，在临床研究中具有一定意义。
