目的：探讨循证护理对于急性阑尾炎术后并发症的预防价值。方法选取本院收治的急性阑尾炎患者92例，所有患者均接受手术治疗，其中对照组患者术后接受常规护理，观察组患者则实施循证护理，对两组患者术后并发症的发生情况进行观察分析。结果观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有显著性（P ＜0.05）。结论急性阑尾炎患者术后实施循证护理，可有效对并发症进行预防，有助于提高护理质量，促进患者早日康复。%Objective To discussion the value of evidence-based care for the prevention of postoperative complications of acute appendicitis. Methods 92 patients in our hospital with acute appendicitis were selected. All patients were underwent surgical treatment. Control group was given usual care, and the observation group was given evidence-based care. The incidence of postoperative complications was observed. Results The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing evidence-based care after acute appendicitis patients can effectively prevent complications, help to improve the quality of care, and promote early recovery of patients.
