Objective To analyze the effect of health education in nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 96 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to August were selected. All patients received targeted health education at the same time, to observe the effect of this group of health education. Results After carrying out health education, the awareness rate of knowledge, the degree of cooperation and the satisfaction of patients were significantly higher than that of health education (P<0.05). Conclusion Pay attention to the health education of patients with coronary heart disease, can improve the awareness of patients, the degree of coordination and self-awareness, to ensure the greatest degree of prognosis.%目的：分析健康教育在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2～8月我院收治的96例冠心病患者。所有患者在治疗的同时均接受针对性健康教育，观察本组健康教育应用效果。结果开展健康教育后本组患者知识知晓率、治疗配合度、患者满意度明显高于开展健康教育前（P ＜0.05）。结论重视冠心病患者的健康教育工作，能够提高患者认知度、配合度与自我防范意识，最大程度保障预后。
