Objective To observe the short-term effects of clinical application of all-ceramicveneersfabricated by 3shape Trios system. Methods A total of 176 teeth were restored with all-ceramic veneers fabricated by 3shape Trios systemin 42 patients. The evaluation started. The veneers were examined 2 months after luting with reference to the modified USPublic Health Service (USPHS) criteria. Results Totally 176 teeth were restored with all-ceramic veneers fabricated by 3shape Trioswre involved. The patient’s satisfaction with tooth restoration was 100%.Conclusion All-ceramic veneers fabricated by 3shape Trios systemobtain a favorable clinical effects in the short term. The correct choice of the translucency and chroma of the ceramic blocks and additional staining contribute to a better esthetic result.%目的观察3 shape Trios 口内扫描仪 CAD/CAM 制作前牙全瓷贴面进行修复的临床效果。方法选择42例患者使用3 shape Trios 共修复前牙全瓷贴面176例。2个月后按照改良美国公共健康协会（USPHS）标准对修复体进行评价。结果42例患者使用3 shape Trios 共修复176颗前牙修复体，患者满意度为100%。结论3 shape Trios 口内扫描仪CAD/CAM 制作的全瓷贴面能够满足临床上前牙美观修复和功能恢复，获得良好的临床效果。
