Objective According to specialized characteristic, make personalized nursing workload evaluation method can meet the demand of specialized subject. Methods Design the nursing risk assessment quantitative table (hereinafter referred to as "quantitative table"), as a nursing workload evaluation tool use. Each nursing group work quantitative score values and the patients who in charge of nursing risk assessment of the condition, with a set symbol announces. Results To strengthen the ward nurses risk consciousness, improve the nursing quality. Managers with "quantitative table" for the quantitative assessment tools implement nursing management, reasonable and efifcient distribution of the work. Improved the nurses job satisfaction. Mobilized the nurse work enthusiasm. Conclusion Assessment of nursing work, nursing risk assessment quantitative table with measurement is simple, convenient, applicable to the clinical needs.%目的：根据专科特色，制定符合专科需求的个性化护理工作量评估方法。方法设计护理风险评估量化表（以下简称“量化表”），作为护理工作量评估工具使用；将各护理组工作量化总分值及其所分管患者的护理风险评估情况，用设定符号予以公示。结果加强了病区护士风险意识，提高了护理质量；管理者以“量化表”为评估工具实行护理工作量化管理，工作分配合理、高效；提升了护士工作满意度；调动了护士工作积极性。结论运用护理风险评估量化表评估护理工作量，具有计量简单、便捷，适用于临床需要。
