目的：对初诊2型糖尿病患者正常水平促甲状腺激素（TSH）与血尿酸（SUA）及糖脂代谢的相关性进行分析。方法将82例甲状腺功能正常的初诊2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，将患者分为高水平组45例，低水平组37例，比较两组各检测指标间差异，并探讨促甲状腺激素与血尿酸及糖脂代谢的相关性。结果两组各检测指标比较可见， TSH高水平组患者TG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平均高于TSH低水平组患者，而SUA水平低于低水平组，各指标差异比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论初诊2型糖尿病患者行甲状腺激素水平测定，对患者胰岛素抵抗、血尿酸、糖脂代谢评估具有重要意义。%Objective The correlation between thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and serum uric acid (SUA) and glucose and lipid metabolism in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients was analyzed. Methods The newly diagnosed 82 cases of normal thyroid function in patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object, the patients were divided into high level group of 45 cases, the low level group of 37 cases, the difference between two groups in all the indexes, and to explore the correlation between serum uric acid and lipid metabolism of thyroid hormone and blood. Results Two groups of detection index comparison shows that high levels of TSH group FINS, TG, HOMA-IR levels were signiifcantly higher than the low level of TSH patients, and SUA levels were signiifcantly lower than the low level group, the differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of thyroid hormone in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus has important signiifcance for the assessment of insulin resistance, serum uric acid and glucose and lipid metabolism.
