目的：研究PICC导管堵塞的原因以及相应的护理对策。方法选取本院自2011年1月~2014年1月间收治的23例进行PICC导管治疗术且发生堵塞的患者，回顾性分析患者临床资料，分析其导管堵塞原因以及相应的护理对策。结果针对23例PICC导管堵塞患者进行原因分析，其中输注液体不合理堵塞6例，出院护理不规范堵管7例，微血栓形成造成堵塞4例，PICC导管操作错误6例。结论造成PICC导管堵塞主要是由于输注液体不合理、微血栓形成、操作错误以及出院护理不规范所致，因此需加强对患者的技术健康教育，强化血栓预防、导管护理以及操作方法，从而减少PICC导管堵塞案例。%ObjectiveTo study the reason of PICC catheter jam and corresponding nursing countermeasures.MethodsSelected 23 cases of patients with PICC catheter treatment in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2011, using retrospective analysis of clinical data, analysis the catheter jam reasons and corresponding nursing countermeasures.ResultsAccording to an analysis of the causes of 23 patients with PICC catheter jam, the infusion liquid blocking 6 cases, unreasonable hospital nursing non-standard blocking pipe 7 cases, micro thrombosis caused jams 4 cases, 6 cases of PICC catheter operation error.ConclusionThe factors cause the PICC catheter jam is mainly due to the unreasonable infusion liquid, micro thrombosis, operating errors, and hospital nursing is not standard, so we need to strengthen the technology of patients health education, strengthen the thrombosis prevention and catheter care and operation method, thus reducing the PICC catheter jam case.
