ObjectiveTo learn the attitudes of medical ward staff on cooperative care, and whether different grades of hospital medical departments vary.Methods By Stratifying random sampling method, there were 518 questionnaires being returned out of 600, the effective rate was 86.3%.Results Overall, internal medicine ward staff had a highly positive attitude on cooperative care, the overall average score was 52.84±5.06, while nurses on health care than the physicians positive and cooperative attitudes. Physicians identify more patients by health care professionals together to solve problems and to assume responsibility on patients’ care, different levels of hospital staff for the care of the cooperative attitude had no signiifcant difference. The higher health care nursing jobs have a more positive attitude on cooperative care, but also on health care co-executive positions were more positive attitudes.ConclusionThe results of the study provide medical ward staff to understand the health care cooperative attitudes, hoping to promote the establishment of good cooperation between the two sides of health care, enhancing staff job satisfaction and providing quality of patients’ care and suggesting that schools or hospitals can strengthen cooperation in education and training of health care on issues curriculum, enhancing both awareness and promoting communication, in order to have a positive and cooperative relation in the future.%目的：了解内科病房医护人员对医护合作的态度，以及是否因医院等级或不同的内科科室而有所差异。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法，对楚雄市部分一、二、三级医院的内科病房医护人员进行医护合作态度测量。发出问卷600份，回收518份，有效回收率为86.3%。结果整体而言，内科病房医护人员对医护合作态度为高度积极，整体平均得分为52.84±5.06，而护理人员对医护合作态度较医师积极。医师更认同应由医护人员共同解决患者问题与承担照护患者的责任；不同等级医院的医护人员对医护合作态度无显著差异。护理人员职位越高，医护合作态度越积极，而且具有主管职务者对医护合作态度越正向积极。结论本研究结果表明内科病房医护人员了解医护合作态度，期望能促进医护双方建立良好合作关系、增进人员工作满意度与提供优质的照护质量；同时建议学校或医院能加强医护合作相关议题的教育训练课程，增强双方认知、促进沟通以增进正向合作关系。
