随着人口老龄化的加快，老年痴呆的发病率也在增加，已经成为全社会关注的问题。但目前无论国际或国内，社区医生对老年痴呆的识别水平都比较低，他们缺乏相应的知识技能培训。国外已经开始重视这个问题并开展了此类培训相关研究，但国内还未对社区医生进行这方面的培训，是否需要培训，如何培训，这都是需要思考的问题。%Alongside the acceleration of population aging, the morbitity of dementia is rising, it has become a great concern of the whole society. The level of the skills for recognition of dementia for community doctors is lower no matter in domestic or international. The training on skills for recognition of dementia is still deifcient. They have begun to pay attention to the problem and carried out related training research in abroad, but there haven't any training of dementia for community doctors in domestic, we need to think about the necessity and the methods of training on dementia for community doctors in China.
