ObjectiveThe effect of thyroid resection for thyroid benign lesions is analyzed. Methods120 patients with thyroid benign lesions were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). Patients in control group underwent resection of thyroid, patients in observation group underwent total resection of thyroid, compared recurrence rate and complication rates in two groups.Results The incidence of complications observation group and control group had no statistical difference (P<0.05), the recurrence rate had statistically difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The total resection for thyroid benign lesions has good clinical effect, it can reduce complications and the recurrence of disease.%目的：对甲状腺良性病变行甲状腺全切除术治疗的效果进行分析。方法将我院收治的120例甲状腺良性病变患者随机分成观察组（60例）与对照组（60例），对照组患者行甲状腺次全切除术，观察组患者行甲状腺全切除术，对比两组患者的复发率和并发症发生率。结果观察组与对照组的并发症发生率没有统计学差异（P＞0.05），复发率具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）结论对甲状腺良性病变行甲状腺全切除术临床效果显著，能减少并发症，降低疾病复发。
