目的：探讨护理干预对老年胃肠道肿瘤手术并发肺部感染的影响。方法选取我院进行胃肠道肿瘤手术的老年患者116例，随机分观察组和对照组各58例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在此基础上进行护理干预。比较两组在手术后出现并发肺部感染的状况。结果观察组2例并发肺部感染，并发率为3.4%；而对照组有6例并发肺部感染，并发率为10.3%，两组的结果有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论对老年胃肠道肿瘤手术使用护理干预能有效的减少并发肺部感染。%ObjectiveTo explore the nursing intervention effect on senile gastrointestinal tumor surgery complicated with lung infection. Methods Chose 116 cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 58 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care, observation group based on the nursing intervention. Compare two groups after surgery in the condition of complicated with lung infection.Results In observation group, 2 patients had complicated with pulmonary infection, the concurrent rate was 3.4%; Six cases were complicated with lung infection and control group, the concurrent rate was 10.3%, the results of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The senile gastrointestinal tumor surgery using the nursing intervention can effectively reduce the complicated with lung infection.
