The language skills of medical students is not very optimistic as follows: Mandarin is not emphasis enough, the lack of language skills and presentation skills, the shortage in language generalization ability. This is related to age, school and medical students personal and other factors. Medical Students' language skills is related to their future career adaptation, competent and professional career development. Therefore, we try to analyze the language ability of medical students to cultivate and enhance the possibility.%医学生的语言能力并不是很乐观，表现为：普通话的重视程度不够、语言表达能力表达技巧欠缺、语言概括能力不足等问题。这与时代、学校及医学生个人等因素相关。医学生的语言能力对于他们将来的职业适应、职业胜任以及职业的发展具有重要的影响。为此，我们尝试从学校、教师及学生个人角度分析医学生语言能力培养和提升的可能性。
