目的探讨自杀患者的心理与社会因素，找出相应的心理干预措施。方法对我院自2010年5月～2014年5月收治的46例自杀患者进行心理与社会因素分析。其中女性36例，男性10例，年龄在21～63岁之间，通过询问自杀未遂的生存者及家属，了解到自杀原因，自杀方式，性格特点，道德观念及对社会的认知能力。结果自杀患者大多数性格孤僻，内向，思想狭隘，意志薄弱，自我观念强，不能忍受委屈和挫折，自我摆脱困境的能力差，职务以工人占多数，从选择自杀的方式看以服药占多数，少数有跳河、跳楼及割伤，从自杀原因看恋爱失败8例，家庭矛盾12例，个人意愿不能满足11例，生活悲观8例。结论自杀患者与心理社会因素相关。%Objective To discuss the mental and social factors for suicide patients and find the corresponding psychological treatment approach. Methods Analyzing the mental and social reasons of 46 suicide patients in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2014. There were 36 cases of female patients and 10 cases of male patients between 21 and 63 years old. By querying the patients and their relevant, we find the causes of the suicide, the way of the suicide, the characteristic of the patients and their moral and social recognizing ability.Results Most of the suicide patients had autism, narrow thought, weak self-control and strong self consciousness. They could not suffer depressions and failures. They lacked the ability of getting rid of the dififculties by themselves. Most of the patients were workers and choose to kill themselves by medicine, while some of them chose to jump into the river, jump off a building or incised wound. The reasons of the suicide cases were love affairs (8 cases), family issues (12 cases), unsatisifed with personal wills (11 cases) and disappointment of life (8 cases).ConclusionSuicide patients are related to mental and social factors.
