Objective To investigate the clinical effective of treatment in patients with premature rupture of membranes.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital treatment results of 58 patients with premature rupture of membranes. According to the different methods of treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group, respectively with the method of conservative treatment, and positive clinical treatment, compared two groups of patients after treatment of the change of labor indicators.Results The complete delivery time in observation group was significantly longer than the control group,P<0.05, with statistical signiifcance. But in cesarean section rate, neonatal complications situation, newborn grading,P>0.05, had no signiifcant difference.Conclusion The use of active treatment and conservative treatment have less effect on the newborn, it can be a mean of treatment of premature rupture of membranes.%目的：探讨胎膜早破患者临床有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院收治的58例胎膜早破患者的治疗结果。将其按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，分别采用保守治疗和积极临床治疗的方式，比较两组患者经过治疗后分娩指标的变化情况。结果观察组分娩完成的时间长于对照组患者，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。但是在剖宫产率、新生儿并发症情况、新生儿评分等方面，P＞0.05，无显著性差异。结论本次采用的积极治疗和保守治疗对新生儿的影响较小，都可以作为治疗胎膜早破的方式。
