目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者围手术期的护理。方法选择我院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的200例宫外孕患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予围手术期的综合护理，对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中的出血量、下床活动时间、留置导尿管时间、住院天数均少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者进行围手术期的综合护理，能提高手术治疗的效果，缩短住院时间。%ObjectiveTo evaluate the nursing for perioperative laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancyMethods200 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital in January 2012~January 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, the control group received routine care, observation group were given comprehensive perioperative care, compared two groups of effect.Results In the observation group, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, ambulation time, catheterization time, the number of days of hospitalization were less than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant,P<0.05.ConclusionLaparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy in patients with a comprehensive perioperative care can improve the effectiveness of surgical treatment, shorter hospital stay.
