目的探析血液标本不同条件下检测对血细胞分析结果的影响。方法将2012年3月～2013年5月期间来我院体检的50例健康人员作为研究对象，随机分为两组，其中对照组在室温条件下检测血液标本，而观察组则在4℃条件下检测标本，对两组的血细胞分析结果进行对比分析。结果相比较对照组而言，观察组的中间细胞（Mid）和淋巴细胞（Lymph）值均较高，而血小板（PLT）较低，两组检测结果差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在室温条件下，应该在1 h内对血液标本进行检测，如果无法立刻检测，应该将血液标本保存在4℃条件，并且检测时间不能超过2 h，只有这样，才能确保检测结果的精确性和准确性。%ObjectiveTo explore the blood samples under the condition of different inlfuence on the result of the detection of blood cell analysis. Methods March 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital check-up of 50 cases of healthy persons as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, including the control blood samples at room temperature detection, while the observation group at 4℃ under the condition of test specimens, the blood analysis results of two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with control group, the observation group (mid)in the middle of the cell and lymphocyte(Lymph)values are high, and low platelets (PLT),two groups of test results significant difference, statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion At room temperature, the blood samples should be tested within 1 h , if not immediately detected, the blood specimen should be kept at 4℃, and the test time is not more than 2 h, only in this way, can ensure the accuracy and the accuracy of test results.
