ObjectiveTo explore the pertinent nursing in the peri renal calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy in operation period. Methods 86 cases of renal calculi patients were divided into observation group and control group respectively, for targeted nursing and conventional nursing operative, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective total efficiency and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with kidney stones in the peri operation period nursing intervention desirable has good effect.%目的：探讨针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期中的应用效果。方法将86例肾结石患者分为观察组和对照组，分别行针对性围术期护理及常规护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率及护理总满意度均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论给予肾结石钬激光碎石术患者针对性的围手术期护理干预可取的较好的效果。
