INasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the most common head and neck malignant tumor in south China, it can reach more than 70%, radiotherapy is the main treatment. Nutrition support after chemoradio therapy for treatment and rehabilitation in patients with has the vital role. In this paper, the author discusses retrospective analysis for nearly 10 years of application of radiation and chemotherapy nutrition support and nursing intervention in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), the research progress on the way of nutrition support and nursing countermeasures.%鼻咽癌是我国南方最常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤之一，可达70%以上，放射治疗是主要治疗手段。进行放化疗后的营养支持对于此类患者的治疗与康复具有至关重要的作用。本文笔者探讨性回顾分析近十多年来对于应用放化疗的鼻咽癌患者的营养支持与护理干预，对营养支持的途径及护理对策研究进展进行综述。
