ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of XFZYC for treatment of angina pectoris.Methods 130 cases of angina pectoris patients were divided into observation group and control group. 65 cases in the control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate. Observation group were treated with XFZYC therapy, the clinical efifcacy of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of two groups of patients, the treatment of angina attack frequency and duration were relatively large difference (P<0.05). Two groups of patients had no adverse reactions.ConclusionXFZYC therapy has better treatment of angina pectoris, and has high security.%目的：探讨血府逐瘀胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法选取130例冠心病心绞痛患者，平均分为观察组和对照组，每组65例，对照组采用消心痛治疗，观察组则采用血府逐瘀胶囊治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗后心绞痛发作次数及持续时间比较均有较大差异（P＜0.05）；两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论采用血府逐瘀胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛可取的较好的治疗效果，并具有较高的安全性。
