目的：评价社区心理干预联合药物治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的效果。方法选取我院自2012年8月～2014年8月以来收治的362例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.33%（180/193），对照组为65.22%（140/169），其差异具有统计学意义（χ2＝10.541，P=0.002，＜0.05）。结论社区心理干预联合药物治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效确切。%ObjectiveTo evaluate the psychological intervention combined with drug therapy of senile skin pruritus effect.Methods In our hospital from 2012 August~2014 August, 362 cases of patients with senile skin pruritus were retrospectively analyzed clinical data.Results In the observation group, the clinical total effective rate was 93.33% (180/193), the control group was 65.22% (140/169), with significant differences (χ2=10.541,P=0.002, <0.05).Conclusion Effect of psychological intervention combined with drug therapy in the community of senile skin pruritus is exactly.
