目的：对十二指肠溃疡出血患者术前、术后护理进行总结。方法对我院内科病区34例十二指肠溃疡出血患者的临床护理进行回顾性分析。包括术前的病情监测，心理护理；术后的生命体征观察、胃肠减压、拔管护理及饮食健康指导等。结果1例患者出现肺部感染，经继续治疗痊愈。其余33例患者手术顺利成功，且术后较快的予以恢复。结论做好十二指肠溃疡出血患者术前和术后各项护理，可提高患者手术成功率，有效降低患者并发症。%ObjectiveTo discuss the nursing for patients with preoperative and postoperative bleeding duodenal ulcer.Methods 34 patients with bleeding duodenal ulcer in department of internal medicine in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Including the condition monitoring, preoperative psychological nursing, observation of vital signs, postoperative gastrointestinal decompression, extubation nursing and diet health guidance. Results1 patients had lung infection, 33 cases underwent operation successfully, and recovered fast.ConclusionDo a good job in the care of patients before operation and after operation in patients with duodenal ulcer bleeding can greatly improve the success rate, reduce complications.
