目的：观察分析艾塞那肽治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年4月～2014年4月间收治的160例2型糖尿病患者，根据患者治疗方法的不同分为观察组（80例）和对照组（80例），对照组行格列吡嗪控释片治疗，观察组患者在格列吡嗪控释片治疗基础上加用艾塞那肽，对比两组患者空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（2hPBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAIc）及体重变化情况。结果治疗3个月后，两组组患者FBG、2hPBG、HbAIc及体重均显著下降，优于治疗前，但观察组患者下降水平显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论艾塞那肽是一种有效的降糖药物，可有效改善2型糖尿病患者血糖水平，减轻患者体重，提高患者生活质量。%ObjectiveTo observe clinical efficacy of exenatide in the treatment for type 2 diabetes.Methods160 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group (80 cases)and control group (80 cases),the control group underwent glipizide therapy, patients in the observation group used exenatide therapy based on the use of glipizide, compared two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and weight changes. ResultsAfter 3 months, the two groups of patients FBG, 2hPBG, HbAIc and body weight were significantly decreased, but decreased level in the observation group were signiifcantly better than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionExenatide is an effective antidiabetic drugs, which can effectively improve blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes and reduce the patient's weight, improve the quality of life of patients.
