自知力教育对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的研究

         

摘要

ObjectiveStudy to the self-knowledge education the inlfuence of medication compliance in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 50 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups by date in hospital, the observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. Control group adopts pure drug therapy, observation group on the basis of drug therapy with self-knowledge education, respectively in patients admitted to hospital and within 1 week and after 6 weeks conduct medication compliance evaluation.Results The observation group of patients medication compliance was better than control group (P<0.01).ConclusionSelf-knowledge education for schizophrenia patients medication compliance effect is remarkable.%目的:研究自知力教育对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法将50例精神分裂症患者按住院日期随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组25例患者。对照组采用单纯药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗基础上采用自知力教育,分别于患者入院后1周内和入院后6周进行服药依从性评价。结果观察组患者服药依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论自知力教育对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的效果显著。
