ObjectiveDiscuss the application of drug cervical dilatation in postmenopausal women undergoing IUD remove surgery.Methods Selected 98 cases of menopausal female patients in our hospital in 2012, these patients were divided into control group and experimental group, each had 49 cases, the patients in the experimental group was taken mifepristone cervical, while the control group only used IUD remove surgery, compared the effect in two groups of patients.ResultsThe success rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than in the control group, the bleeding amount was less than the control group, the clinical effective rate was 85.71%, control group was 55.1%.ConclusionUsing mifepristone for dilation of cervix conclusion menopausal women undergoing IUD remove surgery can achieve the cervical softening effect, increase the success rate, avoid the tearing and damage of cervical.%目的：对绝经期妇女使用药物扩张宫颈的方式来进行取环的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法根据我院2012年接收的98例绝经期女性患者的取环治疗资料来进行分析，将这些患者分组为对照组和实验组，均有49例，实验组患者采取的是米非司酮药物扩张宫颈口取环术，对照组使用单纯取环，对两组患者取环效果进行比较。结果实验组患者的成功率比对照组高，出血量比对照组少，临床有效率为85.71%，对照组是55.1%。结论绝经期女性的取环术在术前就为患者使用米非司酮来进行宫颈口扩张，能够达到软化宫颈的效果，增加了取环的成功率，避免了患者的宫颈口撕裂和损伤。
