目的：对妊娠合并糖尿病的临床诊治方法进行分析探讨，并对诊治体会进行总结。方法选取于2014年2月～2015年1月期间在我院接受治疗的45例妊娠合并糖尿病患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者中19例剖宫产，26例顺产；有5例产妇出现并发症情况，其中包括2例羊水过多，2例妊娠高血压以及1例胎膜早破；有4例围产儿出现并发症情况，其中包括2例早产，1例胎儿窘迫以及1例胎儿发育迟缓。结论妊娠合并糖尿病患者存在着很大的并发症发生风险，对妊娠合并糖尿病进行早期诊断并进行科学、有效的治疗能够显著妊娠结局，降低并发症的发生情况。%Objective To explore clinical treatment methods of gestation complicated with diabetes and then summarize its diagnosis and treatment experience.MethodsReview and analyze clinical treatment data selected from 45 patients of gestation complicated with diabetes that are treated in hospital from February 2014 to January 2015.ResultsThere are 19 cases of cesarean section and 26 cases of natural labor; there are 5 cases of maternal complications including 2 cases of polythydramnios, 2 cases of gestational hypertension and one case of premature rupture; and in addition, there are 4 cases of perinatal complications including 2 cases of premature labor, one case of fetal distress and one case of fetal growth retardation. Conclusion Patients of gestation complicated with diabetes are risky of complication probability; therefore, early diagnosis and scientific and effective treatment are beneifcial for patients’ gestational outcomes and reduction of complication incidence.
