Objective To observe the effect on chai guiwen dan dingzhi decoction combined with lfupentixol and melitracen tablets in treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods Selected 20 cases with stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given chai guiwen dan dingzhi decoction combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets, the control group was given doxepin in the treatment. Results The clinical efifcacy and nerve function rehabilitation treatment effect was better than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Chai guiwen dan dingzhi decoction combined with lfupentixol and melitracen tablets in treatment of post-stroke depression in the exact curative effect.%目的：观察柴桂温胆定志汤合用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗脑卒中抑郁症的疗效。方法选取120例脑卒中伴发抑郁症患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予柴桂温胆定志汤合用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛，对照组给予多虑平治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效与神经功能康复疗效优于对照组， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论柴桂温胆定志汤合用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗脑卒中抑郁症疗效确切。
