Objective To explore the application of holistic nursing care in pediatric emergency care. Methods The difference of average length of stay, cure rate and satisfaction of family members were compared with conventional nursing and holistic nursing care. Results The average length of stay in the observation group was significantly lower, and cure rate and the satisfaction were higher. Conclusion The clinical application value of holistic nursing care in pediatric emergency care.%目的：探讨整体护理在儿科急诊急救护理中的应用。方法对比分析常规护理和整体护理下患儿平均住院时间、治愈率和家属满意度差别。结果观察组患儿的平均住院时间明显低于对比组，而治愈率和家属满意度更高。结论整体护理应用于儿科急诊急救护理具有临床应用价值。
