Objective To investigate the effect of sacral anesthesia combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in pediatric colonoscopy. Methods Anesthesia for colonoscopy to our hospital 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively, observe the anesthetic effect and the change of the body reaction of two groups of children. Results Combined anesthesia in HR, RR, MAP and other data on the effect, were better than the control group, and the anesthesia effect is higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sacral anesthesia combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in pediatric colonoscopy for technical examination, the machine body reaction and the anesthetic effect of children are very good, and quicker postoperative recovery, the method is safety.%目的：探讨骶管麻醉联合丙泊酚静脉全麻在小儿肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法对本院需要麻醉进行肠镜检查的60例患儿随机分为观察组与对照组，分别观察两组患儿的麻醉效果和各项机体反应变化情况。结果联合麻醉在 HR、RR、MAP 等数据效果上，均优于对照组，并且麻醉效果也高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论骶管麻醉联合丙泊酚静脉全麻技术在用于小儿肠镜的检查时，患儿的各项机体反应以及麻醉效果均十分良好，并且术后恢复较快，方法使用安全。
