目的：分析肿瘤化疗致呕吐的因素以及临床干预的效果。方法选取我院近1年收治的肿瘤患者140例进行研究分析，140例患者均进行化疗，根据分析出的呕吐原因来实施临床干预。结果无论男女，呕吐的表现形式均无明显的统计学差异（P ＞0.05），在临床干预后，患者的呕吐改善有效率在80%以上。结论在对肿瘤患者进行化疗的过程中，针对患者的呕吐症状进行有效的临床干预，可以使得患者的症状得到缓解。%Objective To analyze the causes of vomiting caused by tumor chemotherapy and the effect of clinical intervention. Methods 140 cases of tumor patients treated in our hospital in recent years were analyzed, and 140 patients were treated with chemotherapy, and the clinical intervention was carried out according to the causes of vomiting.
