Objective To investigate the factors influencing the clinical urinary sediment inspection results, and the main function and purpose of urinary sediment. Methods Inspect the urine sediment, and study, discuss the urine test results of 72 patients which don't match the clinical data by analysing the data in statistical methods. Results 72 cases of patients with urinary sediment examination, the test results are not consistent with the clinical results of main factors is due to the too long time of specimen indwelling, specimens polluted during the process, the uncomformity with the patient collected, the lackness of specimens, cross contamination caused by instrument malfunction , the personnel error of receiving specimens , and other factors. Specimens polluted during the process, accounted for more than half of the total number of cases. Conclusion Through the analysis and conclusion of the influencing factors, in the urinary sediment examination process, we present the problem of the medical technical staff needing to pay attention to , and the caution in operating the collecting process. Analyse the influencing factors to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the test result of urinary sediment, and provide useful supplementary diagnostic support for clinical.%目的：探讨影响尿沉渣临床检验结果的因素，以及尿沉渣的主要作用和目的。方法选择进行尿液沉渣检测，并发现其尿液检测结果未与临床相符的72例患者的临床资料进行研究和探讨，通过统计学方法对其进行分析。结果在72例进行尿液沉渣检验的患者中，检验结果未与临床相符的主要因素是由于标本留置时间过长、标本留取污染、病人采集信息不符、标本留取不足、仪器故障引起的交叉污染、接收标本人员出差错以及其他一些因素。其中由于尿液标本留取污染而出现标本不合格情况的例数占总例数的一半以上。结论通过对上述影响因素的分析与总结，针对性的提出尿沉渣检验过程中，实验中的医护技工作人员需要注意的问题，再次强调操作的谨慎性。分析各项影响因素保证尿沉渣检验结果的可靠性及准确性，为临床提供有利的辅助诊断支持。
