Objective Observation curative effect of Ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy in treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods Selected 52 cases of upper segment ureteral calculi patients from June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group (ureteroscopy lithotripsy) and the observation group (percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy).Results The stone clearance rate was higher, operative time, length of hospital stay was less than the control group, and the complication rate was lower than the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion The upper ureteral calculi using clinical results of percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy significantly.%目的 观察输尿管上段结石采用输尿管镜及经皮肾镜碎石术治疗的临床效果.方法 收集2010年6月～2013年6月我院收治的52例输尿管上段结石患者,将患者随机分为对照组(输尿管镜碎石术)与观察组(经皮肾镜碎石术).结果 观察组结石清除率高于对照组,手术时间、住院时间均少于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 输尿管上段结石采用经皮肾镜碎石术治疗的临床效果显著.
