目的 研究护理管理中全院性护理行政查房的运用效果.方法 对本院在2013年和2014年分别采取常规查房管理与全院性护理行政查房的效果进行对比,以同一科室护理人员为观察对象,2013年作为对照组,2014年作为观察组,对比其质量考核月成绩.结果 观察组的质量考核月成绩优于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 护理管理中全院性护理行政查房的运用具有良好效果.%Objective To study the effect of nursing management using the whole hospital rounds in nursing administration.Methods Take regular rounds of the hospital management and hospital nursing administration effect rounds respectively between 2013 and 2014 compared to the same department nurses to observe objects in 2013 as a control group,with 2014 as the observation group,compared to its quality assessment month results. Results The observation group quality assessment scores than the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Nursing management in hospital nursing rounds administrative has good effect.
