Objective To observe the effect of montelukast sodium in treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods Selected 120 children with bronchial asthma were divided into two groups. The control group used inhaled corticosteroids treatment, the observation group used montelukast sodium, compared the cough relief time and clinical effect of two groups.Results The clinical effict and cough relief time of observation group were better than the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion The effect of montelukast sodium in treatment of bronchial asthma in children is ideal.%目的 探讨孟鲁斯特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果.方法 随机将我院收治的120例支气管哮喘患儿平均分为两组.对照组采用吸入糖皮质激素治疗,观察组联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组临床有效率、咳嗽缓解时间等.结果 观察组临床有效率、咳嗽缓解时间等优于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 采用孟鲁斯特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘效果理想.
