目的 探析腹腔镜与开腹胆囊手术治疗胆囊结石的效果.方法 选取138例胆囊结石患者,将其分为治疗组和对照组,各69例,治疗组采取腹腔镜治疗,对照组采取开腹治疗,比较两组手术指标及并发症.结果 治疗组手术时间(45.7±14.7)min、出血量(62.5±12.8) ml、排气时间(24.9±2.1)h,住院时间(4.2±1.5)d与对照组比较, P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.治疗组并发症7.25%(5/69)与对照组比较,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗胆囊结石效果显著,对患者创伤小,并发症少.%Objective Analysis clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparotomy gallbladder operation in patients with gallstone.Methods Selected 138 cases of gallstone patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group had 69 cases, the treatment group received laparoscopic treatment, the control group received open treatment, and complications were compared operative indicators. Results The Treatment group operative time was (45.7±14.7) minutes, blood loss (62.5±12.80) ml, exhaust time (24.9±2.1) hours, length of stay (4.2±1.5) days, compared with the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. The treatment group complications rate was (5/69) 7.25% compared with the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy gallstone treatment significant effect on patient trauma, fewer complications.
