Objective To study the quality control circle posterior spinal surgery in the prevention of pressure ulcers incidence of positive role. Methods Selected 100 cases of posterior spinal surgery patients from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital as research subjects, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group, the control group received routine care way nursing observation group then implement quality control circle management activities on the basis of the control group to prevent pressure sores. Analyzed of the effect of the two groups of patients with integrated care.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers of the observation group, the rate of pressure sores excellent protection knowledge, clinical application capabilities and excellent rate care and overall satisfaction rate were higher than the control gorup, P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Quality control circle management activities for posterior spinal surgery in patients with pressure ulcers has a good preventive effect, while improving nursing professionalism, improve the quality of the entire nursing work.%目的 研究品管圈活动在预防脊柱后路手术患者压疮发生率中的积极作用.方法 选取2014年4月～2015年4月本院收治的100例脊柱后路手术患者作为研究对象,随机分入观察组和对照组,每组50例.对照组采用常规的护理方式进行护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施品管圈管理活动来预防压疮.分析两组患者的综合护理效果.结果 观察组的压疮发生率、压疮防护知识优秀率、临床应用能力优秀率及护理总满意率均高于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 品管圈管理活动对脊柱后路手术患者的压疮有良好的预防效果,同时还能提高护理人员的专业素养,提升整个护理工作的质量.
