以原料乳粉中分离的蕈状芽孢杆菌作为对象,研究了蕈状芽孢杆菌萌发条件.借助OD650值方法测定蕈状芽孢杆菌萌发率,摸索了不同pH值、不同温度热刺激、以及不同浓度L-丙氨酸作用下蕈状芽孢杆菌萌发率,最终确定蕈状芽孢杆菌80℃热刺激15 min,浓度为500 mmol/L的L-丙氨酸为最优萌发条件.%In this paper,we present the beverage products in the separation of Bacillus mycoides as the research object,with OD650 value method for the determination of Bacillus mycoides germination rate,and explore the different pH,thermally stimulated at different temperatures and different concentrations of L-alanine role under the Bacillus mycoides germination rate,and ultimately determine the Bacillus mycoides 80 ℃ heat stimulation for 15 min and 500 mmol / L alanine for optimum germination conditions.
