Objective: This paper discusses the application of mobile nursing workstation in clinical nursing work, to achieve the purpose of optimizing the process of doctor''s advice, standardizing nursing behavior and ensuring patient safety. Methods: With the help of functional bar code, special wristband and wireless LAN technology, the mobile nursing workstation system based on SDA is implemented based on the existing hospital information system. Results: Nursing staff use SDA to complete the quick check and real- time collection of patients'' information at bedside. Conclusion: This system improves the work efficiency, reduces the nursing staffs non nursing practice, and the nursing staff are more focused on the nursing work.%目的:探讨移动护士工作站在临床护理工作中的应用,达到优化医嘱流程、规范护理行为、保障病人安全的目的.方法:借助功能条码、专用腕带、无线局域网,依托医院现有 信息系统,实施了基于智能手持终端(smart digital assistant, SDA)的移动护士工作站系统.结果:护理人员利用SDA在床旁完成患者信息的迅速核对、实时采集工作.结论:提高了工作 效率,减少了护理人员的非护理实践,让护理人员更加专注于护理工作.
