利用信息技术助力医疗服务

         

摘要

目的:为贯彻落实国家卫生计生委关于进一步改善医疗服务行动计划的通知要求,湘潭市中心医院利用信息化手段,切实采取多种措施改进医疗服务.方法:在心血管内科探索 一站式诊区:拓展预约方式,实现非急诊全预约与分时段预约:利用移动病房搭建实时管理病人的平台.结果:3个特色展示点赢得了社会各界的好评,因此荣获了国家卫生计生委颁发的 2016年度改善医疗服务示范医院称号.结论:深刻认识到了信息化技术在改善医疗服务,提高医疗质量所发挥的重要作用,信息技术在医疗卫生行业还大有可为.%Objective: To implement the requirements of the National Health and Family Planning Commission on further improving the medical service action plan, our hospital has taken various measures to improve medical services by means of information technology. Methods: Exploring the one-stop clinic in the cardiovascular medicine; to expand the appointment mode, to achieve non emergency appointment and full time appointment; using mobile wards to build real-time patient management platform. Results: 3 features display points won acclaim from all walks of life. So, our hospital won the title of "improvement medical service demonstration hospital" issued by the national health and Family Planning Commission in 2016. Conclusion: It realizes the important role of information technology in improving medical service and improving medical quality, and it has great potential in the medical and health industry.
