Objective: To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound guided nerve block with autologous blood ozone therapy to treat postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods: 84 patients with PHN were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into three groups. The patients from group A were given the basic oral medication. The patients from group B were given the basic oral medication and autologous blood ozone therapy. The group C were given the basic oral medication, ultrasound guided nerve block and autologous blood ozone therapy. Before treatment, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after treatment, the pain degree and treatment effective rates were evaluated. Results: Compared with patients from group A, the scores of VAS were lower, treatment effective rates were increased in the patients from group B and C in different period after treatment (P＜0.05 ). Compared with patients from group B,the scores of VAS were also lower, treatment effective rates were also increased in the patients from group C in different period after treatment(P＜0.05 ). Conclusion: The ultrasonic guided nerve block with autologous blood ozone therapy is an effective method for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.%目的:探讨超声引导下神经阻滞联合自体血臭氧疗法治疗疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果.方法:选取2015年4月到2016年12月医院诊断的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者84例,按随机数字 表法分为三组各28例,A组:基础口服药物治疗;B组:基础口服药物联合自体血臭氧疗法治疗;C组:基础口服药物联合超声引导下神经阻滞及自体血臭氧治疗.观察3组患者治疗前、治疗后 1周、1月、3月疼痛程度变化及治疗后有效率.结果:与A组比较,B组和C组患者治疗后不同时间点VAS评分均降低、治疗有效率均增加(P＜0.05);相比于B组,C组患者治疗后各时间点VAS评 分降低,有效率增加(P＜0.05).结论:超声引导下神经阻滞联合自体血臭氧疗法是一种有效治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的方法.
