Objective: Based on the regional sanitation information platform to establish the disease monitoring and management technology support, to promote the disease control administrative management level by informatization, improve daily work efficacy and quality. Methods: The system would be guided by business and requirements, integrate the disease control business and management, implement construction practice based on the regional sanitation information platform. We use multi-layers configuration to adapt to the disease control business change and develop horizontal expansion and vertical expansion. Results: The system consists of 8 sub-systems, which include disease monitoring, public hygiene, laboratory inspection and office management job etc. The system assists us to implement disease control daily work, the work flow which been refined and standardized must be contributing to promote work efficacy and quality. We can obtain the disease information from medical institutions by the data exchange with the regional sanitation information platform. Conclusion: The system integrates the informatization and disease control daily work to establish the disease control daily business and management data center and set up the data exchange interface with the regional sanitation information platform,thus build an excellent information technology base for the further data analysis to provide a better public health service.%目的:通过信息化提升疾控行政管理水平,提高日常工作效率和质量,基于区域卫生信息平台建立疾病监测和管理技术支撑.方法:系统以业务和需求为导向,整合疾控业务和 管理,基于区域卫生信息平台开展建设实践.采用多层架构,能够适应疾控业务变化和发展横向扩展纵向延伸.结果:系统建成八个子系统,包括疾病监测、公共卫生、实验室检验和办公管 理工作等.系统辅助疾控日常工作的开展,精细化标准化的工作流程有助于提高工作效率和质量.通过与区域卫生信息平台开展数据交换,可以获取医疗机构的疾病信息.结论:系统将信息 化与疾控日常工作相结合,构建了疾控日常业务与管理数据中心,并与区域卫生信息平台搭建了数据交换接口,为进一步通过数据分析提供更优质的公共卫生服务建立了良好的信息技术基础 .
