目的:探讨实名制就诊在门诊诊疗安全性上的实施效果.方法:从身份证实名制挂号、卡内充值缴费、手机安全支付、就诊信息准确性、检查检验结果打印唯一性、病例追溯完整性等方面探讨实名制就诊在数字化门诊安全就医中的实践与优势.结果:身份证作为诊疗卡是保证患者信息准确的唯一标识,是实名制就诊的实施基础.结论:实名制就诊能够提高诊疗效率的同时让医疗环境更安全,值得各地区医疗单位推广,是"互联网+"医疗的未来趋势.%Objective: To discuss the implementation effects of the real-name reigistration system for medical safety in the outpatient clinic.
